About Kyle Smallen

Kyle is a native of Goodlettsville, TN. He attended Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida where he met his wife. They now live in Bellevue, TN, and are proud pet parents of a yellow lab named Hudson. Kyle has been an entrepreneur since a young age. He began mowing yards at the age of 8 in his neighborhood and grew that business into a residential maintenance company that would serve nearly 60 regular clients before it was sold some 10 years later prior to Kyle's departure for college in Florida. Kyle worked with Southern Nurseries, Inc. in Nashville, TN.

 

He was hired to help with business systems and marketing as well as greenhouse management. His position with Southern quickly grew into much more and afforded Kyle many great opportunities including the development of a now widely specified biofiltration media called Rain Garden PRO. Through the years at Southern Nurseries Kyle met and worked with some incredible people, and will forever be grateful for those opportunities.

 

Today, Kyle Smallen is working to put his unique spin on the real estate market and to develop his client base utilizing his love for meeting new people and learning new approaches to tackling a task. Kyle is actively seeking new listings and would love to make you his priority.
